We look at properties that are expired, cancelled or withdrawn.
2. For Sale By Owner
There are owners out there that do not want to use a real estate agent. By doing so, these home owners end up representing themselves. With access to this list, it gives you quite a bit more options for buyers.
3. Pocket Listings
For those of you who don't know what a pocket listing is, it is where a broker holds a signed listing agreement with the seller, whether that be an 'Exclusive Right to Sell' or 'Exclusive Agency' agreement or contract, but it is never advertised nor entered into a multiple listing system. What is great is that we get access to these.
